LGP microstructure technology (environmental protection) ：

Conversion from original printing process to hot pressing process, automated production, high yield and excellent visual effect.It include Micro_structure LGP and Ink printing LGP.

What is micro_structure?

• If the pattern’s size of LGP that can be controlled smaller than 100 um. We can call it micro_structure.

Ink printing

• Pattern size is 0.4 mm (min with diameter).

Light guide module-Thinning

• The total thickness of the light guide module ranges from 0.8~2mm. The light board can be made of soft board (FPC) or hard board (PCB) according to customer needs.

Light guide module-Flexibility

• Its soft board thin light guide module has good flexibility, and the thick glue can be used to fit it according to the product appearance.

Light guide module—customization

• Different light guide modules can be designed according to the different needs of customers to achieve the effects required by customers.
